How do I pay for my order online?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal
When will I be charged?
Payment is authorized immediately after security checks from your bank issuer or PayPal have been completed.
What should I do if my transaction was declined?
If a transaction is declined, please contact the financial institution that issued your card.
Sometimes banks put security measures in place to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions on certain types of transactions, which may result in declined payments.
How do I use a promotion code?
Please enter your promotion code in the box when you are checking out. The applicable discounts will then be applied and deducted from the total due.
I forgot to apply my promotion code
Sorry, but we cannot add discounts to orders once the order is paid for.

The terms of trade between the UK and EU changed on January 1st, 2021.
What does this mean?
- We no longer charge UK VAT (Tax) to customers in the EU. This means that the item prices on our website will appear cheaper to EU customers.
- For orders delivered outside the UK any import duties/taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping or product price.

UK delivery methods
Orders are usually dispatched at the latest the next working day. Deliveries to a UK address are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Special Delivery can also be selected at checkout for more urgent UK orders.

International delivery methods
Orders are usually dispatched at the latest the next working day. For international deliveries we use Royal Mail Air Mail. Air Mail can be one of either Tracked, Signed For or Tracked & Signed For. The delivery method selected is dictated by the options available in the delivery country. If you require an order urgently we can also use UPS or FedEx. If it is not available for your delivery country and you would like a quote please contact us at customerservice@arenaswimwearstore.com and detail the items you require and the full delivery address including any zip codes.
International delivery prices
World Zone 1 – International Air Mail Delivery
Shipping prices are weight dependent. To get a delivery price just add the items you are wanting to your basket, go the the shopping basket page and select your delivery country.

World Zone 2 – International Air Mail Delivery
Zone 2 is any country which is not part of the UK or listed on World Zone 1. Delivery starts at £15 and is weight dependent. To get a delivery price just add the items you are wanting to your basket, go the the shopping basket page and select your delivery country.

Can I order a delivery to go to my place of work, or another address?
Yes, of course. When ordering, simply complete the delivery address you require. We will also require your billing address in order to process payment. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product(s).
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 28 days of receipt. To receive a refund please follow the steps in our return options link. If you contact us to request a cancellation or change the size / colour before the order has been dispatched we can process an immediate refund or change the items. If you require a different item at a different price a separate order may need to be placed.
If the order is already on its way your parcel cannot be recalled.
My item has not arrived, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived please contact us to let us know. Sometimes, unfortunately, items do take longer to arrive than expected especially if it is an international delivery.
- If the item is a European delivery it has to be give 20 working days to arrive.
- If it is a worldwide delivery outside Europe it has to be given 25 working days to arrive.
- We try to dispatch all items as quickly as possible but once a parcel leaves us we cannot influence its progress. Whilst we can normally locate a parcel within the delivery process we cannot speed up its progress.

A claim for an undelivered item must be made within 3 months of the date of dispatch.
Do I need to pay any import duties or taxes?
If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be liable to pay import duty / tax. Any duties / taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. For orders shipped outside the UK any UK taxes will be removed from the product price before you complete checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Terms and conditions for returning an item for an exchange or refund
- Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and with the branded box/packaging undamged. Any tags must not have been removed. Items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. If a suit is determined to be soiled and not sellable, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- You can return items you purchased from Sport Fox Arena Swimwear Store within 28 days from delivery date. Returns received after this timeframe will receive a credit note and not a refund. FOR ORDERS PLACED 1ST DECEMBER TO 24TH DECEMBER THE RETURN PERIOD IS EXTENDED TO 31ST JANUARY TO ALLOW FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF CHRISTMAS GIFTS.
- The 28 day returns policy does not apply to items that are faulty – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our faulty items returns policy, see below.
- PLEASE NOTE SNORKELS, GOGGLES, NOSE CLIPS, EAR PLUGS, LATEX/POOL SOCKS AND CAPS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Procedure
Customer confidence, reassurance and peace of mind always top our list when it comes to making sure our customers are 100% satisfied when shopping with us.
- We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original branded packaging undamaged.
- Items not returned in the original condition (see Terms & Conditions above) will not be refunded or exchanged.
- To return goods you can either request a return online via your order email or you can click on Return Form print out and enclose with your returned item/s. The Return Form asks you for your order number, a description of the item/s you are returning and the reason so we can process you return / exchange as quickly as possible.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund up to £20 carriage. If your return exceeds this amount please contact returns@arenaswimwearstore.com
We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post whilst being returned to us. We will not refund or exchange items lost in the post whilst being returned to us.
Shipping refunds
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 (UK) advise you have fourteen calendar days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund for the items you have purchased and the cost of standard delivery if you’ve paid for shipping.
- The fourteen calendar days start from the day after you receive your order.
- If you’re returning your whole UK order and you’ve paid for delivery we’ll refund the cost of Standard Delivery even if you’ve used one of our quicker delivery options. For example, if you pay £5 for a Next Day Delivery service but the cost of Standard Delivery is £3 then we will refund you £3. The extra £2 is not covered under these regulations. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.
If an order is returned from outside the UK the original shipping is not refunded. If you refuse delivery of a parcel and it is returned to us we will refund the items within that order when we receive them.
What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
For UK and international customers please return it to us within 28 days or receipt. Just complete our Return Form and enclose with your item/s before sending back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, have all tags attached and supplied with their original branded packaging undamaged.
- If you would like a REFUND please click on Return Form, print out and complete giving your order number, a description of the item/s you are returning and the reason so we can process you return as quickly as possible.
- If you would like to EXCHANGE please click on Return Form, print out and complete giving your order number, a description of the item/s you are returning and the replacement size and/or colour you would like. Please note we are only able to exchange items where a different size/colour of the same item is requested. If you require a different item you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
- Ladies swimwear must have the hygiene strip in place (some top competition swimwear does not have a hygiene strip)
- PLEASE NOTE SNORKELS, GOGGLES, NOSE CLIPS, EAR PLUGS, LATEX/POOL SOCKS AND CAPS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR HYGIENE REASONS.
- Goods will be refunded by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
Who pays the shipping for exchanged items?
UK exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Unfortunately international exchanges do incur a replacement shipping fee which will be invoiced via email and must be paid before the exchanged item/s can be shipped.
International Returns
- Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions which can be found in ‘Returns Procedure’ above.
- INTERNATIONAL RETURNS – PLEASE EMAIL US AT customerservice@arenaswimwearstore.com TO CONFIRM WHEN A RETURN PARCEL IS ON ITS WAY TO US AND FORWARD THE TRACKING REFERENCE.
- You can return any items you purchased from Sport Fox Arena Swimwear Store for up to 28 days from delivery date. Items purchased from 1st December to 24th December have an extended return window and can be returned until the end of January.
- The 28 day returns policy does not apply to items that are faulty/damaged – such items will need to be returned in accordance with our faulty items returns policy, see below.
- If you are outside the UK you must also complete a customs form to attach to your parcel. To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must complete the parcel content details on all customs forms/stickers and also mark it as RETURNED GOODS . This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and / or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender. We will not cover the cost of import duty /fees when customs documentation has not stated RETURNED GOODS and any costs charged to us will be deducted from your refund .
- PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND AN ITEM UNTIL IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED. ANY DELAYS IN TRANSIT OR AT CUSTOMS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid
If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it may be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs Authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs Authority.
How quickly will a return be processed?
We aim to process all returns within two working days.
How do I know if you have processed my return?
When the refund has been processed you will receive an email confirming the refund amount. If you have signed up for an account with you you can also go to your account section of www.arenaswimwearstore.com log in with your email address and password you can also see the status of all your orders from there.
What happens if you are out of stock of the replacement item I would like?
If an item you are wishing to exchange is not available we will contact you with details of when the item will be back in stock.
What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
- Just complete our ‘Returns Procedure’ as detailed above and on the Return Form please state what the fault is.
- When your return has been received it will be examined and we will then contact you. All goods supplied by Sport Fox are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty. This does not cover accidental damaged such as ripping the material or putting a finger going through material.
- Please state on the return form if you would require a refund to the original payment source or a like for like replacement.
What do I do if an item fails once it has been used?

This does not cover accidental damaged such as a ripping the material or putting a finger going through material. Issues due to wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Damage caused by an accident or misuse voids any warranty.
- If an item has failed prematurely please follow our Returns Procedure as detailed above giving us details of the product and fault. If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund up to £20 carriage.
- Arena products may need to be returned to the manufacturer or supplier for a warranty inspection before the outcome of the claim is decided. Please do not attempt to fix a fault prior to return as the fault needs to be assessed in its original state.
- In some cases depending on how much time has passed between when the item was purchased and the fault occurred a repair may be made rather than a refund or replacement issued even if the warranty case is approved.
- If the item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. If you are outside the UK this may incur a return shipping charge.
- Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us and used footwear must also be cleaned. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.
Returning Personalised Products
We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.

- If an item is missing from a delivered parcel you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Undelivered packages
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you’re welcome to place a new order. A package may be ‘undeliverable’ because import duties have not been paid, it has been refused by the addressee, the address provided was incorrect or, following failed delivery attempts, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to sender. We will refund these orders (excluding delivery charges) within 28 days of receiving them back and you will be notified with an email to confirm we have processed the refund.
